mental health workshop

Here at Lifegate, we believe that the body is a temple and should be stewarded well – including the mind. Join us for a Mental Health Workshop with Peter Pinon, Licensed Professional Counselor. Through this workshop, you will be equipped with tools to better your mental health and manage the stresses of everyday life. We can’t wait to see you!
Registration is $10 per person. Childcare (for ages 10 and under) can be added for an additional $10.
