Our Pastors
Pastor Chad is a 3rd generation Pastor and has been in full time ministry since he was 19. He began his ministry as a Youth Pastor working at his Dads church in Midland, TX. In 2001 he followed after his father and became the Lead Pastor of Harvest Time Church in Midland. In 2006 after 10 years of ministry in Midland the Bensons moved their family to Burleson to start Lifegate Church. Chad and Amber have been married since 1998. They have 2 daughters Brylea and Addie a son, Easton, and a grandson, Davey.

Chad has served in full time ministry since 1996. In 2006 he and Amber planted Lifegate Church together. What started with just 6 adults and 7 kids has grown into a thriving church that reaches several hundred people each week!
Chad also serves as the Regional Executive Presbyter of the Central Region and General Presbyter for the North Texas District. He leads a Young Pastors Cohort and hosts a monthly Leadership Podcast called We’ve All Been There.
Chad is married to the love of his life Amber and the joy of his heart is to be the father of his 3 children Brylea, Addie and Easton, and the Pop to his grandson, Davey.
Amber Benson
Executive Pastor
As the Executive Pastor, Amber oversees all ministries at Lifegate Church. Like most women she wears many hats but her favorite are wife, mom, and Lolli to her grandson. She enjoys her plants, thrifting and reading a book with a hot cup of coffee. However, hanging out and spending time with her family are her favorite!
